Hi, I’m Courtney Fogg — the self-taught home baker and creative heart behind the sweets. My baking journey began in 2012 with a simple request for my aunt's cake recipe to bring something special to Thanksgiving dinner. That moment sparked a passion, and over the years, one cake turned into dozens — starting with my famous Key Lime Cake, and later, my all-time favorite, Red Velvet.
As a stay-at-home mom navigating postpartum depression, baking became more than just a hobby — it became healing. It gave me purpose, creativity, and a way to spread joy through flavor. What started in my kitchen for family and friends has grown into a full-blown business rooted in homemade goodness, quality ingredients, and love in every bite.
Today, I proudly serve as the pastry chef for Her Majesty Kitchen, and I help busy professionals, families, and event planners elevate their moments with handcrafted cakes, cupcakes, cookies, and more — whether it’s a wedding or birthday cake, corporate gift, or simply a sweet treat to say “you’re appreciated.” My desserts are scratch-made, individually wrapped when needed, and full of flavor that speaks for itself.
